Corporate services

Commercial land, compliance files, and green infrastructure.

Each line below is a B2B service for organizations that already hold or are developing commercial property. None of them is a residential listing service.

Commercial land management

Commercial land management at Leafy Property is the work of knowing what a company has on the ground and how it will be cared for. A typical file names the parcels, the planted areas, the hard edges, and the maintenance calendar a facilities team can run. It is written for owners of campuses, business parks, and industrial yards.

Deliverables in a scoped engagement can include an asset register, a seasonal care outline, and a short management report for the people who fund the grounds. We do not take a commission on a home sale, and we do not place tenants in apartments.

Environmental compliance advisory

Environmental compliance advisory is a structured conversation and a written brief. We help a corporate team list the environmental topics already attached to a commercial site, see which records exist, and see which questions belong with a licensed environmental professional or with counsel.

Clients use that brief when they talk about ESG reporting or about documentation for a LEED effort led by their own project team. Leafy Property does not certify buildings and does not tell a regulator that a site is compliant. The advisory makes the file clearer. The client remains responsible for filings and for hiring licensed people where the law demands it.

Green infrastructure optimization

Green infrastructure, in this practice, means the planted and water-wise systems on a commercial site: canopy goals, irrigated and unirrigated zones, and the way those areas are described in data. Site-readiness modeling turns a messy set of notes into fields a development or facilities team can share: area, condition, access, and the constraints already known.

The result is a planning model, not a construction contract and not a consumer landscaping visit for a front yard. If a client wants design drawings stamped for permit, that work is specified separately and performed by a qualified designer.

How to choose a starting point

If the grounds are undocumented, start with land management. If the board is asking environmental questions, start with compliance advisory. If the planted areas need a performance target, start with green infrastructure. Many briefs use two of the three. Tell us which decision is urgent in the audit request.
