1. The service described here

Leafy Property publishes information about B2B commercial land management, environmental compliance advisory, and green-infrastructure planning for corporate developers, industrial facilities, and business centers. Valley Solutions Inc. does not offer residential brokerage, home sales, or apartment rentals through this site.

2. No automatic agreement

Sending the audit form opens an email to info@leafyproperty.com. It does not create a consulting agreement, a listing agreement, or an agency relationship. Paid work begins only when both sides sign a separate written scope.

3. Using the site

You agree to use the site for lawful business inquiries, to give accurate contact details, and not to interfere with the site, attempt to probe it, or send malware. You may not copy the pages for a competing site or misrepresent that you are Leafy Property.
